Return Policy

Credit Notes and Exchange Policy

Please ensure that the product you purchase is correct before leaving the premises, as no credit notes or product exchanges will be facilitated for an item that has been opened or used unless the item is either faulty or not as advertised.

1. The provision of goods and services by Onlinestore247.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Onlinestore247.co.za will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 25% administration and or handling fee.
2. A credit note will be issued for items not in stock at the prevailing price or based on an equivalent specification, whichever is lower.
3. A credit note will be issued for an end-of-life item (no longer in production) at the prevailing price (based on an equivalent specification) or based on an equivalent specification, whichever is lower.
4. Any item being credited that has more than a 12-month supplier warranty will be subject to a depreciation fee based on the following percentages:
   • Months 13-24 (from onlinestore247.co.za original date of purchase): 15% depreciation fee
   • Months 25-36 (from onlinestore247.co.za original date of purchase): 20% depreciation fee
   • Months 37-48+ (from onlinestore247.co.za original date of purchase): 25% depreciation fee
5. onlinestore247.co.za does not provide collection or delivery services for warranty items to or from clients' premises.

Conditions Nullifying Product Warranty: The product warranty will be declared null and void under the following circumstances:

• Physical damage caused by misuse, poor handling, burn marks, modification, or repair by any third party.
• ANY ACCEPTABLE RETURN'S COST AND DELIVERY TO OUR STORE LIES WITH THE BUYER/CUSTOMER.
